PET Recycler Setup Steps

The following video tutorials introduce the EU FOR ALL PET filament pathway, showing how to build and start the recycler, transform plastic bottles into filament, and use it for 3D printing.

1️⃣ Assembly of the PET Bottle Recycler

The journey begins by assembling the PET Bottle Recycler piece by piece. Each step brings the machine closer to life in a clear and accessible way. Once assembled, everything is ready to move on to the recycling process.

2️⃣ Using the PET Bottle Recycler

With the machine ready, it’s time to see it in action. This step shows how the recycler works and how the process starts. From here, plastic waste begins its transformation into something new.

3️⃣ Preparing PET Bottles for Filament

Before recycling can happen, plastic bottles need a little preparation.
You’ll see how everyday bottles are cleaned, cut, and prepared for reuse.
These simple actions make it possible to create quality filament.

4️⃣ 3D Printing with Recycled Filament

The process comes full circle when the recycled filament reaches the 3D printer. What was once a plastic bottle becomes a new printed object. This final step shows how recycling, creativity, and technology come together.
